Glebe road surgery is very nice, modern and clean surgery. Receptionists are very helpful and walk in clinic is very helpful.

While it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment with a specified doctor, this time I got one within 12 hours (I suspect due to a cancellation but receptionist was great in remembering it and then checking its availability on the system). Doctor was great, understanding my concerns, very professional in her approach, and discussing/agreeing with me what next steps should reasonably be.

This is a first class practice with experienced doctors and an impressive training partnership with Imperial College. The doctors never make you feel rushed and I feel very safe in their hands. I can not commend this practice highly enough.

Saw inexperienced junior doctors who left me in great pain and offered no prescription pain relief. Another time a doctor moved me from chair to the examining bench as if I was a child. A nurse gave an opinion on a health condition of mine that she had no knowledge of. I found wearing a suit ensured I got greater respect from the practice.
